I had a pretty mixed experience at Park Arjaan by Rotana. The staff did an amazing job of being friendly and flexible, and the spa services were great. However, I was disappointed with some cleanliness issues in my room and a lack of nearby dining options due to ongoing construction. Overall, it had its highs and lows.
